About Remeasure Wellbeing
Who we are, and why we made this.
We are a group of people whose lives changed for the better after we took up the practices Sadhguru offers, and began to live more consciously. That change is what brought us together, and it is what all of this is built on. We also know, from our own experience, that becoming more aware, and breaking the patterns that no longer serve you, is genuinely hard.
Why we are building this
Conscious living is not a single technique or a quick fix. It is a slow turn toward seeing your own life more clearly. One thing we have found that helps is measuring. When you track and observe what you actually do, the patterns begin to show themselves. And once you can see a pattern, you are in a position to change it, in the direction you choose. That is the whole idea behind Remeasure Wellbeing.
Who it is for
This is for anyone who senses that things are not quite going the way they hoped, and would like to do something about it. You do not need to have it all worked out. A little awareness, and a willingness to look, is enough to begin.
What is here now
The tracking tools we are building are still on their way. For now, this website is where it begins: a growing collection of tips and concepts. Small things to try, and ideas to understand, to help you take a first step whenever you wish. We hope the website itself becomes useful to you in the meantime.
Track. Observe. Redefine.
It is our whole approach, in three words. Tracking is noticing what happens. Observing is seeing what changes, and what stays the same. Redefining is making small shifts toward a happier life, keeping what works and letting go of what does not. The steps are small. The pace is yours. The direction is personal.
You are welcome here
We would love to see a more conscious world, and we would like to help build it gently, one person and one small step at a time. If any of this speaks to you, come and be part of it. Everyone is welcome, and together we can help conscious living spread a little further, toward a happier world for all of us.
