Privacy Notice

Last updated: April 2026

Evoque Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at remeasurewellbeing.com and the Remeasure Wellbeing application. This notice has two parts: browsing the website, which requires no account and collects no personal data, and your account, which applies once you sign up to the application.

Who we are

Evoque Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is in London, N20 0TN. For privacy-related questions or to exercise your rights under UK data protection law, contact us at privacy@remeasurewellbeing.com.

Part 1 — Browsing the website

This website does not collect personal information from you. There are no forms, sign-ups, or accounts, and we do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider (Google LLC, operating Firebase Hosting) automatically records standard server-log data when your browser requests a page — including IP address, user-agent string, and timestamp. These logs are generated by the hosting infrastructure for security, abuse-prevention, and operational purposes. We do not combine this data with any other source or use it to identify you.

Lawful basis

Where we process any personal data, our lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interest — specifically, keeping the website available, secure, and free of abuse.

Part 2 — Your account (the Remeasure Wellbeing application)

Information collection and use

While using the application we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number, postal address, other information ("Personal Information").

Log data

When you access the application by or through a device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of device you use, your device unique ID, the IP address of your device, your operating system, the type of Internet browser you use and other statistics ("Log Data").

In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyse this type of information in order to increase the application’s functionality. These third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.

We use cookies to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of the application.

Google / Firebase

We use Google’s Firebase platform to operate the application:

  • Firebase Authentication — to create and secure your account;
  • Cloud Firestore — to store your entries and settings;
  • Cloud Storage — to store any photos or files you add;
  • Firebase Hosting — to serve the application and website;
  • Google Analytics (Firebase Analytics) — usage statistics, which we use to improve the application (with your consent);
  • Firebase Crashlytics — crash reports, including device state and diagnostic logs at the time of a crash, so we can find and fix failures;
  • Firebase Performance Monitoring — performance data such as load times, so we can keep the application responsive.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). For more information on Google’s privacy practices, see https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Sanity

We use Sanity to host the editorial content we publish — help articles, tips, and similar. Using the application does not send your Personal Information or Log Data to Sanity. If you choose to create a public profile (an optional feature), only the information you choose to make public is published through Sanity, and only with your consent.

Service providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate the application, to provide it on our behalf, to perform application-related services or to assist us in analysing how it is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Communications

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. As such we make no warranties as to the level of security afforded to your data, except that we will always act in accordance with the relevant UK and EU legislation.

Age requirement

The application is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to create an account or use the application. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@remeasurewellbeing.com and we will remove it.

Business transaction

If Evoque Ltd is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Links to other sites

The application may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Applies to both

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to its processing, and to restrict its use. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@remeasurewellbeing.com.

International transfers

Google LLC is based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the UK, it relies on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the UK extension of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the UK government recognises as providing an adequate level of protection.

Compliance with laws

We will disclose your Personal Information where required to do so by law or in accordance with an order of a court of competent jurisdiction, or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of the application.

Governing law

This notice is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
